All sales are final. No refunds. If any mishaps on our end you can contact customer service to receive additional information on returns/exchanges. You have a 10 days return/exchange policy and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately we cannot exchange any items or refund. When items are discounted, are final sales no refunds or exchanges offered. In order to exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are also responsible for a reshipment fee to reship the order. All beauty products including hair care and cosmetics can not be exchanged. Swim wear can not be exchanged.
